Apprenticeships and Part 1 

                               

         We have 27 people that will either be put on Apprenticeship schemes or Part 1 courses. As soon as the CITB confirms these slots we will let you know.

       

Courses will predominantly be allocated based on length of service with us. We will also look at people’s attendance and those that consistently work five days a week, as well as taking into consideration work ethic. Should anyone receive a CPN or any form of warning from SeaBro, training could be called into question. This is the fairest way to allocate our courses throughout the year. Should you be interested in any particular training course, please contact a Supervisor or any member of the Health and Safety Team.
