Design and construction of 386 mixed tenure residential units including a commercial space, retail units and a two level basement car park in an urban town centre setting.
The development comprises a series of medium-rise blocks and a 14-storey taller building to create private, social rent, shared ownership and extra care accommodation. The re-planned buildings and open space form an attractive environment, which enhances the connections between existing key areas of Chelmsford.
