The vision for Beaulieu is simple. To create a vibrant new integrated community for the city of Chelmsford. Beaulieu Heath is a major new district for Chelmsford, spanning 610 acres and offering 3600 new homes.

Conceived as a sustainable urban extension for Chelmsford, Beaulieu comprises a mix of traditional and contemporary new homes located in a series of individually designed and masterplanned neighbourhoods.
