Football Match

 

We have arranged a company football tournament with Bellway Homes Ltd and Countryside Properties. This will be on 20^th April at Witham Town Football Club.

 

Arrival Time: 6pm

 

Three matches, 20 minutes per half with 5 minute half time. Roll on, Roll Off Subs. Boots and Shin Pads required.

 

7pm: SeaBro v Bellway Homes

 

7.45pm: Countryside v SeaBro

 

8.30pm: Bellway v Countryside

 

9.15pm: Complimentary Drinks and Buffet

 

Everyone is invited along with partners as well. If you think this is something of interest to you, please contact the Southend office and speak with either Sam, Ashley or Billy. We will need to know so that we can have definitive numbers for the caterers.

 

 

Jobs Won this Month

 

Higgins Construction: Bow River Village, Phase 2 – Launching in 2018, a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments on the banks of the River Lea. This project consists of two reinforced concrete frame blocks. Each apartment will benefit from a sleek, contemporary interior specification and all will have private outside space in the shape of a generous sized walk-out balcony or terrace.

 

Higgins Homes – Vallance Road, Bethnal Green – A fantastic urban development of 144 studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in one ten storey reinforced concrete block.

 

Chase New Homes – Development Park Building – The next building at the current Welwyn site.

 

 

The Biggest Loser

 

We are now running a healthy eating competition in the office. We had a weigh in at the beginning of December and then another at the end of January. Billy Lawrence was the Biggest Loser, losing 2.5 kg’s. Well done Bill, looking forward to seeing the results at the next meeting on 7^th March.
