Jobs Won this Month

 

Knights Road, Silvertown: Hollybrook acquired this former warehouse site in Silvertown having achieved planning for 76 apartments in a building of part 5/part 12 storeys. The finished development will offer ample amenity space for residents with a landscaped podium deck above the car park and a residents’ roof garden on the 5th floor.

The site is located within 100m of West Silvertown Station and forms part of the larger regeneration scheme scheduled to deliver thousands of new homes.

 

New Pier Wharf, Odessa Street, London, SE16: Hollybrook are very pleased to announce the forthcoming development of one of the last remaining Riverside sites in London.   Located at Odessa Wharf in Rotherhithe, the development will consist of Fifty Three 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Apartments all with direct River Thames views.

 

Spring Golf Day

 

Our spring will Golf Day will be a little later in the year than usual; on 23^rd June. We will be holding this event at The Three Rivers Golf Club, in Essex. Registration and bacon rolls will be at 11.45 and first tee off will be at 13.00. Please contact Nick or Robin should you wish to take part.

 

2018 Training Dates

 

We now list all training dates on our website, keeping people booked up to date. This list can change regularly, as the criteria for which people get trained can mean people may get switched about. Please be aware that we are strict with our criteria, length of service and regularly working 5 day weeks will impact your training.

 

Congratulations to…

 

Billy Lawrence who won his boxing fight. He won by KO in the second round. This was a warm up fight for his MMA fight on 21^st April.

 

Jon Stevens and his team, Greenwich Borough U15’s who have won both of their Semi Final Matches to make it through to the final for both the Kent County Cup and the Kent League.

Health & Safety Reward

 

This award is given by the Health & Safety team to reward anyone who consistently shows

a good level of Safety awareness.

 

The team chosen to receive this month’s award was the Cricklewood job for Fairview Homes. Great work… Well deserved, £100 to you guys!

 

 

The Biggest Loser

 

This months Biggest Loser was Nick, losing 3 kilos! Closely follwed by Wayne with 2.4 kilo loss and Grant with 2.1! The competition is heating up. Our Healthy Eating Challenge started in December and we are hoping this continues throughout 2018…

 

 

Football Match

 

We have arranged a company football tournament with Bellway Homes Ltd and Countryside Properties. This will be on 20^th April at Witham Town Football Club.

 

Arrival Time: 6pm

 

Three matches, 20 minutes per half with 5 minute half time. Roll on, Roll Off Subs. Boots and Shin Pads required.

 

7pm: SeaBro v Bellway Homes

7.45pm: Countryside v SeaBro

8.30pm: Bellway v Countryside

9.15pm: Complimentary Drinks and Buffet

 

Everyone is invited to take part or attend on a social level, along with partners as well. If you think this is something of interest to you, please contact the Southend office and speak with either Sam, Ashley or Billy. We will need to know so that we can have definitive numbers for the caterers.
