New Contracts won…

Higgins Construction – Woolwich Reach: Higgins has started work on site to design and build a 14-storey residential block at Woolwich Reach, E16 for Notting Hill Genesis. The £21 million contract will deliver 75 affordable homes, one, two and three bedroom apartments that are located on the derelict site of a former pub. 

RedRow Homes – The Shires, Bulphan: A collection 80 three and four bedroom homes surrounded by beautiful countryside. We are excited to be part of this project, Redrow’s Heritage Collection homes reflect traditional architecture of the 1930s Arts & Crafts movement. Though traditionally styled on the outside, the home’s interiors are spacious and light with increased ceiling heights and generous hallways.

Linden Homes – Great Yeldham: A beautiful range of three, four and five bedroom houses, just 35 minutes from Colchester. 

Persimmon Homes – Bishops Stortford, Phase 2: We have now started the next 50 houses and are moving along just as fast as the first phase. We expect these to be completed within a year.

Fairview New Homes – Naseberry Court, Highams Park: A collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments across 4no traditionally built blocks, located within 30 mins of London city centre and just 8 miles from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Upcoming Event

Two of our ‘scaffs’ are taking part in a Longest Day Golf Challenge on Friday 5^th July, to raise money for the MacMillan Cancer Support trust. They are doing this in memory of loved ones and for anyone else who may have suffered. The course is 72 holes of golf, which means more than 20 miles walked in a 14-hour period.

Driver Vacancy

We are looking for a HGV/HIAB Lorry driver to operate out of our Bulphan depot and to drive and work around the south-east.

This is a full-time position, delivering and collecting scaffold materials to building sites in and around the London and Essex area. If you are interested, please call Chris on 07736 553464.

We recently started the new build project at City and Country and were intrigued to hear about all the history of St Osyth Priory. I was fortunate enough to meet the owners, who showed us around the whole property.
