We took delivery of our new Crane this month and as you can imagine, we are very excited about this great asset joining our fleet.  No longer are we reliant on either the principal contractor or an external contractor, nor do we have restrictions with regards to the number of loads. Having a maximum extension length of 44 meters, we feel this piece of machinery will not only help us reach heights and areas that otherwise would have been out of reach; but will also help us with our goal to keeping at the forefront of scaffolding within our field.

Galliford Try Partnerships – Ferry Lane, Walthamstow:  Legal & General have selected Galliford Try Partnerships to deliver a 440 home PRS scheme in Walthamstow, North London. Homes range from studios to 3 bed apartments and plans also include 20,000sq ft of commercial space.

 

The planned development, Blackhorse Mills, is located at the Ferry Lane site, a short distance from Blackhorse Road tube station. GDV for the build is £120m with a completion date expected in early 2020

 

Bellway Thames Gateway – Arisdale Ave, South Ockendon: A collection of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, and 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses, in a variety of styles. Located in South Ockendon, 21 miles from central London and conveniently situated for accessing transport links into the capital.

Well done to…

 

Dave Bull who successfully completed his 10,000 steps throughout March in aid of Cancer Research UK and the Walk All Over Cancer Campaign. He raised £340. We are proud to see Bully complete this challenge, despite having to monitor his own health at this tricky time. To say both a big well done and also show our support for this fantastic cause, we will donate £500! Keep up the good work Bully, we look forward to seeing you continue to smash out these challenges.

Rochford became league champions with two games in hand and it was only fitting that on this lovely warm afternoon that they did it in style.

Spring Golf Day

 

Our spring will Golf Day will be a little later in the year than usual; on 23^rdJune. We will be holding this event at The Three Rivers Golf Club, in Essex. Registration and bacon rolls will be at 11.45 and first tee off will be at 13.00. Please contact Nick or Robin should you wish to take part.
